Data Science Team Leader

• Leading the Data Science team, including work planning, task delegation, providing feedback, supporting skill development
• Defining and implementing the data science strategy within the organization, based on business objectives
• Managing data science projects at all stages – from concept to deployment and monitoring
• Actively participating in projects, including designing and implementing machine learning models and statistical analyses
• Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for data utilization and implementing data-driven solutions
• Ensuring the high quality and timeliness of delivered solutions
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science, including LLM and RAG
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Responsibility for the architecture and infrastructure used by the Data Science team

• At least 5 years of experience in data science, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or as a senior specialist with mentoring experience.
• Practical knowledge and experience in implementing LLM and RAG techniques in at least 1-2 commercial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and econometrics.
• Fluency in programming languages used in data science (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Ability to visualize data and present analysis results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and independent approach
• Very good command of the English
