No. The daily rate covers everything — the specialist's salary, taxes, insurance, equipment, and our management overhead. There are no recruitment fees, no setup costs, and no termination penalties. You pay only for the days worked, invoiced monthly. The rate you see is the rate you pay.
What is the minimum engagement period?
For Staff Augmentation, the minimum engagement is 1 month with a monthly rolling contract. For Dedicated Teams, we recommend a minimum of 3 months to build team cohesion and deliver meaningful results. Project-Based engagements are scoped individually. All contracts can be terminated with 30 days notice.
Can I scale the team up or down during the engagement?

After understanding your requirements, we provide a fixed daily rate per specialist — no surprises. Rates are locked for the duration of the engagement.
Do you offer any guarantees or trial periods?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a 2-week satisfaction guarantee. If the specialist does not meet your expectations within the first 2 weeks, we replace them at no cost.
